The Access Consultants Association (ACA) is Australia’s leading organisation for professionals dedicated to promoting universal design and advocating for fully inclusive environments where everyone can participate equally.
The ACA 2025 conference was one of the most successful events in ACA’s history, drawing more than 525 attendees over two days. The event included plenary sessions, an exhibition, and a gala dinner to celebrate ACA’s 25th anniversary—a significant increase from the 180 participants in 2019.
SHOUT Productions was honoured to collaborate with ACA in designing and delivering this fully accessible event—from planning through execution—making sure that all physical, sensory, and communication needs were addressed without compromise. We consistently partner with our clients, venues, and accessibility experts to eliminate barriers and ensure that every experience is inclusive, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone

Our involvement began in 2021 and has continued ever since.
The 2025 production took place in one of my favourite Melbourne spaces, the ANZ Banking Museum on Collins Street, and brought together Australia’s Loan Aggregators to exchange industry insights.
SHOUT Productions is excited to be working on the 2026 production, handling onsite styling for this unique event, and we look forward to sharing it with you later this year.

Transparency International Australia (TIA) serves as the national chapter of Transparency International, a global coalition combating corruption in over 100 countries. Each chapter operates independently with the shared vision of a world without corruption.
The 2025 Australian Anti-Corruption Summit, themed Bold Solutions For An Uncertain World, convened key stakeholders to address pressing corruption challenges—ranging from money laundering and political finance issues to governance for a fair energy transition. The event began with a Members-Only breakfast, followed by
plenary and concurrent sessions, a trade display, and culminated with a special dinner celebrating thirty years of leadership in integrity.
SHOUT maintains a longstanding partnership with Transparency International Australia, having managed their flagship events since 2019, with services provided again in 2023 and 2025 after an interruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
SHOUT remains committed to supporting TIA’s mission, recognising the increasing
importance of effective anti-corruption measures on a global scale.

Private Wealth Network (PWN) is a member-based community comprising families, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices who are united by a commitment to investing, philanthropy, and fostering strong family relationships—all guided by the founding principle of ‘making wealth meaningful.’
In 2025, SHOUT concluded its partnership with PWN, having supported them since 2023. The Sydney head office now ready to resume all forum production responsibilities, is a transition that exemplifies one of SHOUT’s key services—bridging operational gaps and facilitating event management until clients are ready to
reassume control.
We are proud to report that under our stewardship, the event series expanded from 50 to 100 participants.

William Buck is recognised as one of the top 10 accounting and advisory firms in Australia, with a presence across both Australia and New Zealand. In 2022, the Victorian branch was given the honour of hosting the annual Directors and Managers National Conference.
Facing a tight timeframe and a marketing team stretched thin, William Buck engaged SHOUT to manage the delivery of this important three-day conference for 250 attendees. SHOUT swiftly established strong relationships with stakeholders and took charge of the event logistics, successfully delivering the conference across three separate venues.
The event was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants and stakeholders alike. In addition to the national conference, SHOUT has since supported William Buck with the delivery of other VIP Client Luncheons.
SHOUT looks forward to the next opportunity for the Victorian branch to host the national conference once again.

Australian Conference & Event Organisers (ACEO) partnered with SHOUT to produce the annual National Nursing Forum in Hobart starting in 2019, concluding in 2025 when the client ACN chose to bring production back in-house after appointing a new CEO.
The 2025 event took place in vibrant Canberra, featuring a packed three-day program attended by over 800 participants. Attendees joined pre-event Satellite events and a variety of social gatherings from Wednesday to Friday, including the Opening Networking Reception, Gala Dinner, Closing Reception, whilst attending the three
days of Exhibition, Plenary, and Concurrent sessions.
SHOUT Productions handled sponsorship and exhibition sales, provided pre-event support, managed onsite operations, and styled the event. This reflects one of SHOUT’s core offerings: working alongside other event professionals as part of their extended team.
We are proud that during our involvement, the NNF event series achieved growth not only in attendance but also in sponsorships and exhibition sales. We wish ACN continued success as they move forward with organising and redesigning this highly anticipated annual event.
